Katelynn's Birthday Cake

Yes, it may take me hours and hours but one of my traditions with each of my kid's birthdays is to make them a special cake.  Here's this year's cake for Katelynn.  It really didn't take nearly as long as I have spent on cakes in the past and I really thought it turned out pretty good.  I was nervous about free-handing the seaweed, crab, and octopus but it didn't turn out to be too bad after all!
