I know it will still be a long time yet before I can say our house is a diaper-free house, but Ryan has already started showing in interest in using the potty. He hasn't actually went in it yet, but he is at least wanting to try! I can't help but laugh though at how different he is going to be to potty train than my other two. Katelynn was a girl so it was a no-brainer for me how to potty train her. Justin was a little more difficult since I'm not a boy, but I still taught him to go sitting down until he got the hang of it. Ryan though has an older brother and he sees him go potty all the time. He wants nothing to do with sitting on the potty. He wants to be just like his big brother and stand. Everytime he asks to go and you try to put him on the seat, he screams and wiggles off immediately and then goes right up to the potty and tries to go like big brother. He's too short though. Today Daddy and Justin decided to have a little "boy" time with Ryan and set him up to try to go potty in true boy style. Still no action, but they talked a lot about it! :)
