It has been a tradition since Katelynn was 9 months old that I take her to the 4th of July Parade that is held in Harrisburg, NC. I thought I had it all planned when I was being induced on Wednesday.. I could get released on Friday just in time to take the kids on Saturday to the parade. Sadly, having a baby on Friday means you are still in the hospital on Saturday. While I considered being selfish and not suggesting the kids go without me (I have NEVER missed it!), I knew they would love it so Jonathan agreed to take them with the grandparents. My mom came up to the hospital to help me since I could barely get out of bed at that point, and everyone else had fun at the parade. I insisted I get pictures of their fun so here are some that everyone took for me!
